The Long Winter top finished...Quilting awaits

This piece was a fairly fast paint (because much white fabric was left pristine). It will be a slow quilting effort however. I already have some ideas, but they will have to marinate in my head 'til home with time, my machine and thread cabinet. This quilt will end up 24"L by 43"W (the elongated length representing LONG winter months). By the way... this fluffed up little sparrow is found not in California but most commonly in last years vacation spot Alaska. It's called a Snow Bunting!
The name of this quilt hasn't come to me yet. I'll work on it!
