When Thread Keeps Breaking

It's quality thread and ... you've rethreaded, changed needles, and it still happens, a less common cause might be "junk" in the bobbin spring.
Can you see the pin head pointing at the blue gray fuzz? It was a significant piece of batting fuzz I think. A slender pin head to loosen packed in fuzz and my "La Cross slant angled tweezers ($5 at CVS pharmacy) did the trick. I love these tweezers!

Thanks for pointing this out to everyone. I discovered the same thing just last week. Great illustration. We just never think to look there.
